Me and Addie rock, by the way. We did awesome. Of course I have to point out that I beat her (its just in my nature) but she did amazing herself so it wasnt like I creamed her or anything. Kind of like the aggies beating baylor on saturday...nothing to brag about, but a win is a win. but lets not get started on the aggies. or the officials in the aggies game. or the officials in the texans game.
but what we CAN get started on is the astros! So it came down to the last game. Well, the last few innings even. We were tied in the 6th actually, so was biting my nails most of the game. And in the ninth when there were two cubs on with 2 outs...but regardless, we won. and we're in the playoffs. and i'm attending my first MLB playoff game. (hopefully not my last) i'm so excited! Austin and I were looking for something fun to do this weekend. Didnt want to go to killeen or stay here...how boring. Couldnt see why Houston would be any fun, so we talked about going to san antonio or something just for something to do. thank you astros for making it easy for us. :) well, easier for me than him...the game was already sold out so he had to buy tickets on stubhub.com...for 200% markup! thats right...tickets that were originally $25 were $80! insane. but, he said he thinks its worth it and he wants me to go...so i'm along for the ride. :) dont think i'm a free loader or a gold digger...i didnt strike it rich, believe me you, and it was his idea...how could I say no? what kind of girlfriend would i be if i refused a gift? i did it for him really. :) yes. now i dont feel bad.
i have 2 tests this week, but they arent til thursday. so, i have 3 more days to learn a bajillion french pronouns and figure out how in the world computers work. well, really i just need to know lots of weird words like "cookie" - - who wants an non-edible cookie?!?! - - and how exactly html works. i should be ok. then i will officially know my first round of tests GPA. as of now, its a 4.0. :) we'll see how long i can hold it. all i need is 3 more months...well, no, 2 more months. ha. piece of cake. *yeah right*
anyway, i better get going. it is past my bed time considering I probably wont get sleep wednesday, and not much tuesday. my poor bed. have a great week!
