What does it take to be #1?

I know what I should be doing; i know what i want to be doing; I dont know why I'm compelled to be doing this. But I am. :)

I am so excited because Thursday, Friday, AND Saturday are going to be BEAUTIFUL! It is sad that I have to look at the weather forecast to try to get me excited, but whatever it takes right? Not really...I have lots to be excited about. Some things I cant mention cause they're surprises for other people, but I have lots. I just really love cold weather and, though the 70's isnt exactly cold, it isnt summer weather either so I'm not complaining.

Today Jaxson came into Poor Yoricks looking for me. I knew he would come for me, I just knew it. Well, he got shy and scared that I'd reject him so he came up with some lame excuse like needing a scantron for a test or something, but I know his true motives. I didnt want to embarass him so I let him go. Next time Jaxson, next time. **wow, how eternally embarassed I'd be if he ever read this**

Studying for my 2 tests is going well...its to the point where I cant figure out what to do next. I hate that point. Hopefully I get over the hump soon! So, after I got stuck I moved on and read a little for marketing to try to keep caught up in that class. Well, I'm not caught up...a little behind. But definitely manageable.

So, this is old news, but I was just thinking about it again yesterday. I got a call from my brother on Friday while I was at work and he left a message to thank me for the card I sent him a week ago or so. He said "hillary and i both thought it was cute" Hillary and I. First of all, a sentence I NEVER expected to hear from anyone in my fam cause I think of HIllary Clinton. Second of all, only the first time I've heard him say it. Third of all, it reminds me that he kept her a secret for months from our whole family! Then when he told us he said it as if we should have already known! Crazy cat. Its kind of funny because when he started dating his first real girlfriend (no, sorry, elementary relationships dont count) he tried to keep me a secret from her...he told me not to talk to him in front of her for a while and see if she could tell we were related or something crazy-mean like that. Talk about shootin a sista's self esteem down! :) I'm a survivor though, no worries. but yes, point being, my brother has had a girlfriend for quite a while now and, though now I've known for quite a while, he still should have told me sooner! It was funny when he did tell me...I was with Austin and I said "well, if I hadnt told you about austin you'd be pissed" and he said "thats cause I call the shots" then austin said "congrats, I hope she's not your last" how mean is that?!?! he's just jealous cause his ladies-man days are up. (not real sure how those days worked out for him in the first place...but ya know) :)

Well, I better get to bed. 5:45 comes earlier and earlier every day and my snooze button is getting more and more friendly. Pretty soon my roommate is sure to come into my room, rip it out of the wall, and throw it on my head to wake me up. maybe it'd work...not a bad idea.
