HOWDY! :) I'm in such a good mood. I had a great weekend in houston with my mom, alfredo, and stephen and nancy. So we lost 2 of our 3 games...like I told stephen after our HUGE upset to houston, at the end of the day we get to come back to college station, tx and tomorrow we get to go to class at texas a&m university...where are they going? a few miles across town to the university of houston. i think, in the end, we got the upper hand. :) so that was a little mean...but it got the point across. its just one of MANY baseball games this season and I'm SO excited its started already!
At Minute Maid park (and i'm sure numerous other places) they do the "kiss-cam" in the audience when there isnt anything going on in the game. THe camera man focuses on a couple and, once they notice they are on camera, they kiss. All weekend I had wondered what would happen if they zoomed in on 2 people who werent dating or, even worse, on me and stephen. So, of course, when we're down 3-1 against UH, they focus on stephen and me. thanks a lot. stephen, being the clown he is, starts shaking his hands and head, and then makes a barfing face! I was so embarassed as all of minute maid park laughed at me. not like I expected (or wanted!!!) a kiss even on the cheek, but I thought we'd just laugh and move on. the worst part is, when i got up to go to the bathroom someone actually said to me "i'm sorry your boyfriend wanted to be funny on camera instead of kiss you!" HA! dont i look like the most unlucky girlfriend ever. :) (j/k stephen...any girl would be lucky to ahve you...blah blah blah)
So, it is officially valentines day and all I am hoping for is a 3 am rendez-vous online. high hopes, I know. We havent talked in like 4 or 5 days (surprised i dont know the time down to the minute?) and I'm so sad about it! He left me a message this weekend while Iw as gone, but still. we'll see if my valentines wish comes true. if not, its going to be a LONG 11 hours of class/work before i get to come home and devour a large pizza, gallon of ice cream, and anything else in sight. :) j/k
well, i better get going...i have a test on tuesday and since I'm going to bed now its looking like a long night tomorrow night...better get some sleep. happy valentines day all! muah!!!
