What does it take to be #1?

After a LONG and STRESSFUL week (emphasis on long and stressful) I finally got to take time to enjoy myself. Thursday night I went out to the Hall. I wasnt really too excited cause I have SO much homework and there are always like 500 things weighing on my mind that I have to do...but once I got dressed up, picked up andi, and met up with Alexis and Jennie we had a blast. I have never had to guts to ask a guy to dance but Jennie is pretty straight forward! You rock! I sadly only got 4 hours of sleep, but I woke up to have an awesome morning at work! I LOVE my job, the people I work with, and the customers! It is so much fun and the workers are all SO awesome! This morning Emily, Melanie and I danced to Paula Abdul...SO fun! After work I had to sit through a lecture where my prof didnt know how to pronounce the words (always a good sign) and where I had no clue what he was talking about. I thought it was an intro class...??? Ooops. If I fail, Patty's goin down with me! (she's in tehre too and though she is a step above me, i dont see how ANYONE can pass his class) After that I was exhausted. The adrenaline rush from work was gone and my body suddenly realized it hadnt had a full night's sleep in...um...well...trying to think...ok, in like a month. My body hates me. (its ok...the feeling is mutual) Tonight I had lots of different options of what to do, I felt pulled in like 200 directions and the only thing that sounded fun, besides going and mugging with paul terrell, was SLEEP! But, I went to midnight yell and it turned out to be the most enjoyable yell I have ever been to. Granted, the stories SUCKED, the dumb dog caused me to be caught in the tunnell for entirely too long, and my date DIDNT kiss me, but it was an AWESOME time! I went with Jeff and we had a blast! (well, I know I did...i cant speak for him!) I sat by Trav and Monica and that was awesome...and I sat with Abby! I love that girl! So, it was awesome. (have I mentioned tonight was awesome?) Jeff: (even though I know you dont read this) you were an awesome midnight yell date! you might want to work on the mugging...but overall, I give you an A! :)

So, here I am. 2 am and exhausted...yet feeling the urge to post to all my faithfuls about how much I miss having every day be as awesome as today. But, I have SO much to look forward to in the near future...I can hardly wait! I am super excited for the game tomorrow and next week...pretty much love football! Then the weekend after that I get to see my brother which totally makes my whole month...oh heck, YEAR...awesome! Then, as if that isnt enough, the next weekend I get to go to Dallas with BOTH my brothers and my sister in law! We arent going for very long but it is going to be SO amazing. The last time my grandma saw all 3 of us together, besides the 45 minutes at my brother's wedding, was when my dad died...so needless to say she is tickled to death. And, me and my brothers are pretty pumped too! The weekend after that I get to fly to Notre Dame to see Katie and Philip and watch Notre Dame b.t.h.o. Stanford! On top of those awesome weekends, I have to pleasure of working at poor yoricks tues-fri, having lunch with trav mondays, and hopefully hanging out with YOU! (if i am preoccupied with studying PLEASE forgive me...this semester is insane)
