Well, it is 2 in the morning and I am searching for things to do to entertain myself because I absolutely can not go to bed. If I go to bed now there is a chance I wont wake up in time for my exam tomorrow which would be no bueno. Or, in french, it would be tres mal. So, one of the many things I have thought of is blogging! lucky for you! :)
I know that besides my brief blog earlier I havent updated my blog in a while...my apologies. The last 2 weeks of this semester have been so packed I can hardly breathe! I dont even know if I am spelling things correctly! I am almost delirious! I have to study stat some more but right now my brain is full and I need to get some stuff out of it so I can put more into it! :) Like how that works?
So lets see...my plans for the next few weeks. After finals are done and I get my life back I am working thursday, working friday, going to final review saturday to watch '04 officially be finished and to watch '06 (A-A-A WHOOP) wear nice pretty white belts! After final review it is off to Sonora for the weekend! I am going with Jonathan and Chris to visit Andi and meet her family. Sunday and Monday we are camping on her ranch in Junction adn Tuesday it is back to H-town. Wednesday back to CS, Thursday driving a BMW, friday going back to H-town, Saturday is my 2nd mom's wedding, Sunday is a pool party for my 4 best HS friends graduation, and then it is back to CS for the summer. I will have a week to relax with nothing to do besides work and sleep and then summer school starts in June. I changed my summer school schedule a bit because I decided to minor in business and now instead of one of the economics courses I was going to take, I am taking the first of two management courses. I am taking the second one next semester with Jonathan and Bekah...it will be accounting all over again! how fun!!!
Keep my sister-in-law in your prayers. We get the test results back on Friday and hopefully it will be a false alarm and she will be all healthy! If not, I know God will carry her through it, but what a terrible ordeal for a 23 year old! (or anyone for that matter)
It is official...I am going to Hawaii in December! My mom, Alfredo, jonathan and I will fly out a few days after Christmas and visit Brian! Brian and a tropical island all in one vacation...I can hardly contain myself! jonathan is in charge of picking flights and making reservations...that way he can pick what kind of plane we fly on and we'll all be happy! :) Speaking of Brian...he is coming back to Texas in September for nearly 3 weeks! I told him I am going to have to drag him to an Aggie football game...and he's gonna like it! :) We also plan to go to a Cy-Springs football game, though I wont know anyone in the band anymore. :( But I'll still know Holcombe... ;) And, speaking of Holcombe, Patty told me the other day that almost every day in band class he says "Is it hot in here or is it just me?" and in honor of me she ALWAYS says "Its just you" Aww patty...you're making me proud! :)
Man, what a sad life finals has given me...no good news! :( Sorry about that, I promise my camping adventure will bring more stories to tell!!! I am so excited I could nearly bust!
Oh, I could entertain you with the murder of the intruders in my apartment. Yes, over the weekend while I was out of town there were some intruders who made my home their home. And, after they did their thing, two intruders turned into hundreds! I came home on Sunday shocked, and displeased. So, I took the 409, Windex, and flying insect killer and I had my way with them. For the past 30 hours or so I have sprayed nearly 1/2 a bottle of windex, almost all the 409, and way too much flying insect killer for my personal health. In my bathroom alone I have murdered and discarded nearly 30 fruit flies and in the kitchen it must have been around 100! (BAM i just got one on my computer screen! look out...i'm a mad woman!) A word from the wise: when there is food in the trash can, take it out...its only a few steps past your car and it will save you lots of trouble later when trying to study for finals and being annoyed by those pesty creatures. Thanks to my brave efforts the pests are nearly gone and life is almost as it should be. :)
