this is a note to ashley cause she sent me an IM today and wasnt online so I couldnt respond to it and I dont want to forget...

south beach is not a high protein, low carb diet. it was created by a cardiologist who says that you can not stay in the first phase long becuase you need vitamins and nutrients that arent part of the diet. he talks about why atkins is bad for you in the long run. south beach just basically teaches you about nutrition and which foods are good for what reasons, etc. In the first 2 weeks it eliminates cards soley to have a quick weight loss to start your new lifestyle. I knew that atkins was unhealthy and someimes unsafe so I was weary going into dieting, but i did research and this is renowned by many cardiologists for its nutrition and success! :) but thanks for your concern, that was sweet that you were looking out for me!!! :)

just got home from work...have work tomorrow from 1:30 to 6:30 and from 9 to 1 and then work friday from 8:30 to noon and possibly til 4. this is the most I've worked in 3 days since christmas...lets keep it up Gap! :)
