Well, the last time I blogged seems like it was forever ago...I will try to just give you the highlights since then...
Thursday night Jen, Amanda and I went to Whataburger to study...Whatanight!!! It started off as a normal adventure to Whataburger would, we sat at a table for hours studying and drinking mass amounts of liquids...and every few minutes we would take a study break to talk. At one point Amanda was blowing Jen kisses, to which Jen was not responding. So, angrily, Amanda says: "What? You dont want to BLOW ME back?" UM...inappropriate for the time!!! Well, a little while later Brandon, Kyle, and Clayton showed up. I find it odd that Brandon was SO surprised we were there since he had received Jen's away message which said "at whataburger" but ya know, alcohol does funny things to ya. Well, we talked to them for a while (and it was officially Kyle's birthday...) and then they found their own table so they could eat (right behind where we were trying to peacefully study) THEN these 2 WEIRDOS came over and started asking us odd questions and trying to become our friend. The talkative, and more weird one of the 2 is graduating next week and moving so why was he trying to make new friends? WHO KNOWS. too bad I waited too long to blog about it or I would have entertained you more with weird details...
Friday I took my final and did pretty well...YAY!!! Something successful came of the semester...too bad it was one measley (sp???) test and not a final grade...
Saturday was my first day of work and I earned 5 game pieces for our competition for selling either coats, vests, or velour pants/sweaters. Sunday I did even better...I sold 9 more bringing my total to 14!!! Today I called to see if they wanted to use my on call hours and sadly they didnt, but...trumpet calls...I WON THE GRAND PRIZE!!! a beautiful blue fleece blanket (with GAP in the corner...free advertising) and A FREE JACKET OF MY CHOICE!!! glad I didnt buy the toggle coat yet...awesome!!! Also, I got recognized for excellence in customer service...talk about an awesome first weekend! Also, sunday night I took part in rollout...we bring out the new shipment onto the floor and redo the store. Well, within the first hour I was named "perfection specialist" due to my ability to make a wall look so wonderful and organized and my detail in folding men's shirts...hah...like i didnt already know i was a perfection specialist!!! But thanks for the title...thats always cool.
Well, it is 2:43 on monday night/tuesday morning and my final for econ 311, also my last test of this dreadful semester, is in 8 hours...so, due to my need for a 95, i better be going...to those of you who are heading home: have a safe trip, a merry christmas, a happy new year, and i cant wait to see you all in january!!! to those friends from high school headed back to h-town: enjoy yourselves and if you ever want to drive 1 1/2 hours to CS gimme a call...I'l be lonely!!! To everyone staying in CS...PLEASE CALL ME!!! after sanitizing the apartment and cleaning it, there isnt much left to entertain me! Oh who am I kidding...I can clean/organize all day...and the next day...and the next...again I say, PLEASE CALL!!! Love y'all!!! adios
