So...I caved in, I joined the cult, I got a blog!!! But, this is mainly for me because I find myself writing TMI in my away messages and often looking for a place to vent about my life...so...if you choose to read, you get to listen to my venting! :) Dont worry...I will write good things too...maybe. :)
I am having a little trouble this morning...see, I woke up at 2:30 and layed in bed until 3:16 coughing like you wouldnt believe. So, I got up, got a glass of water, and took some nyquil. MIRACLE! It worked! I was out like a fat kid in dodgeball! But, I was out for the 8 hours it promises...you do the math...8+3=11!!! And, conveniently, my Tuesday classes end at...10:50!!! So, I was 10 minutes late to the end of my class! Oops! But, as I was walking to get that glass of water you wouldnt believe the amount of coughing I heard in my apartment! There were 3 other people coughing up a storm, and there were only 4 other people sleeping...who is the lucky one? I dont know...I just woke up! The point of that...who knows, but it was interesting, wasnt it?
So I sat at my desk while trying to think of a crafty away message, and my eyes wandered around my room. (really just up to my pictures on the wall) and I noticed a lot of my family...mainly Brian and Brandon. Man, life really isnt what you would have thought. I never would have imagined I would be 19 and getting ready to be a bridesmaid in Brandon's wedding that Brian may not be able to attend because the Army rules his every move. Whoda thunk it. Honestly, with the lady's man brandon always was, I NEVER thought I would be preparing for his wedding. I really thought Brian would be the first, but that's another story that one of my roommates probably doesnt want me to blog about. :) So...brian's going to Hawaii...I am stuck studying all day, trying to get a job so I dont charge up multiple credit cards, and making sucky grades while he is living on a dreamy island where the weather is perfect! I guess that's the trade off since he will be living in teh armpit of the world (afghanistan or however you spell it) for 6 months. Yes...that's right folks...MY brother is going to AFGHANISTAN!!! (someone please tell me how to spell that) I swear...God forgot a couple things when he made me...like STRENGTH! Yeah...that is much needed in my life...and much missing! Ok...getting too depressing, I know...
November 4 is almost here!!! 14 days and counting! For those of you who dont know, I am OBSESSED with Finding Nemo. How obsessed you ask? Well, I'll tell you...I ordered the movie (with a FREE plush) like a month ago or something...WOW! I am a LOSER! Anyhow, aside from that, Finding Nemo will be playing in my apartment 24/7 in 14 days! Woo hoo!!!
Well, as I always say to Jen, "Save some for later!" So I will take my advice and free you all from this waste of time reading material! Adios!
